Local Self-Government Day

Local Self-Government Day symbolizes and unites various institutions, giving them the opportunity to present their activities and experiences, while bringing together local residents and resort guests.

The event dedicated to local self-government gathers a large number of the Druskininkai community, and everyone has the opportunity to interact with the leaders of the Druskininkai municipality and administrative specialists.

Companies, institutions, and communities creatively showcase their activities and services, while in an improvised talk show, representatives from various municipal departments and the institutions they oversee answer questions relevant to the community.

The mayor and administrative leaders serve guests a delicious hot soup straight from a large pot. The festive atmosphere is enhanced by a concert from Druskininkai residents – after all, we are also celebrating Druskininkai's 230th anniversary!
