We invite you to the 10th Cheese Festival, where you will find:

LECTURES:

  • 11.00 Giedrius Vilpišauskas - "Copper vessels in culinary history and nowadays"
  • 12.00 One Frenchman's Pantry - "Monastery Cheeses"
  • 14.30 Prof. Rimvydas Laužikas - "Interwar Lithuanian cheese production and cheese meals"

TASTINGS:

  • 12.00Paulius Jurkevičius presents: unique buffalo milk cheeses. Regions of Campania, Lazio.
  • 13.00 Homemade, organic, bio kombucha and cheese tasting. 
  • 14.00 A Frenchman's pantry presents: monastic cheeses.
  • 15.00 Paulius Jurkevičius and Jurga Jurkevičienė present: olive oil and cheeses. Debugging options and errors.

ENTERTAINMENT FOR SPECTATORS:

  • 13.00-13.45 Lunch. Concert of saxophonist Tomas Čiukauskas
  • 13.45 EVALAND musical program for the little ones. This program, surrounded by music sounds, smiles and positive emotions, is intended for the little participants of the celebration. Together with the presenter, the little ones will immerse themselves in the whirlwind of live songs and games.
  • 16.00 Cheese competition award ceremony and Evita Cololo's concert.
