Druskonis Park
Druskonis Park is a great place to relax around Druskonis Lake and Vijūnėlė Pond. Reconstructed in 2011, the park attracts residents of Druskininkai and resort guests with its beauty and coziness to spend their free time in a meaningful way. One of the most impressive sights of this park is the sea of over 200 thousand daffodils blooming in spring. The path between Druskonis Lake and Vijūnėlė Pond, which was loved by Druskininkai honorary citizen Dr. Bronislovas Lubys, is named after him. In spring, the walking paths delight visitors with blooming Japanese cherry trees - sakura and the romantically lit park space. This is one of the most popular recreation areas in the resort.
